UPC is mission is to…
Help parents appreciate and understand the uniqueness of their children.

UPC uses scientific and educational tools to teach the general behavior patterns of each temperament and provides the necessary training/counseling to help individuals obtain a balance life. These tools are mention below:

The NCCA requires all who are certified or licensed by its Licensing Board of Examiners to do the following things…

Counselors who have been licensed by the state are held to strict ethical standards, which mandate an individual’s right to be free from religious influence. The state licensed professional counselor is forbidden to pray, read or refer to the Holy Scriptures, counsel against things such as homosexuality, abortion, etc. Initiating such counsel would be considered unethical by the state.
The N.C.C.A counselors are under the authority of the Church (Body of Christ), are required to share their faith, read the Holy Scriptures, etc. The fact that N.C.C.A counselors do these things creates a clear distinction. We are two distinct professions and govern ourselves accordingly. You cannot “freely” represent Jesus if you are being required under the laws of the state ethics to uphold a person’s right to abortion and homosexuality.

The Arno Profile System (APS) is an easy-to-learn counseling technique used by thousand of professional counselors and pastors throughout the United States of America and nine foreign countries.
The APS questionnaire, which is administered by the counselor, takes fewer than ten minutes for the counselee to complete. This questionnaire measures the needs, natural traits, strengths, and weaknesses of the counselee’s temperament.
The APS report provides the counselor with in-dept information and recommendations of the best way to counsel the counselee. This system is designed to measure individual uniqueness in three areas:
• Inclusion – The intellect
• Control – The will or will power
• Affection – The emotions
Understanding these areas will enable the qualified counselor to identify the counselee’s temperament problem faster and more accurately.
